How can I play double King?
Double King is a popular variant to Barbu King where 20 deals are played in total and where the dealer picks the type of game to be played. Everyone chooses two trumps games and three negative games, taking into account that every negative game can only be played twice.
In order to play Double King on Whisthub, you need a premium subscription. It will then be possible to choose the variant when starting a game by using the button , both when playing the AI or playing against other players. Rooms where Double King is played are identified by the icon .
What are the rules of Barbu King?
As with many card games, the rules used by various players often slight differ a bit from each other. Barbu King on Whisthub uses the same rules as used by 
IWWA. The most important thing here is that there are a number of obligations depending on which game is played. You can find a detailed description of the rules for Barbu King on this page.
Who is Whisthub?
Whisthub is created by Sebastiaan Marynissen. The idea to create a website dedicated to Colour Whist was born during his higher education and was initially meant as a learning experience. In the meantime, Whisthub has become a website where you can play various card games online, such as Colour Whist, Manille, Wiezen, Barbu King and Hearts.
The website is incorporated in a private company Whisthub BV with company number 0746.750.441 and is currently under active development.
